2021 Jeep Gladiator at Rossi Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Is it a Wrangler? Is it a truck? It's both! The open-air concept of the Wrangler paired with a five-foot truck bed and Jeep's world famous four wheel drive system makes the Jeep Gladiator the most versatile off-road vehicle on the market. Jeep introduces an all-new 3.0L EcoDiesel V6 for the 2021 Gladiator and brings on five Gladiator trims including, Sport, Sport S, Overland, Mojave and Rubicon. There are also two special edition Gladiators: 80th anniversary edition and Willys. Keep reading to learn more about Jeep's off-road truck!

The Trail Rated® Jeep® Gladiator features a high air intake and special water sealing to help get you through creeks, streams and depths of up to 30 inches.

Rubicon models getup to 11.1-inches of ground clearance between the underside of the truck and the terrain so you can drive over obstacles with confidence.

.Four strong integrated tie-down loops can be adjusted as needed, including folded flush into the wheel wells when not attached to straps to maximize cargo space.

The available Trail Rail™ System is an adjustable tie-down system that mounts on the front wall of the bed and both bed sides. Customize it with available accessories from Jeep® Performance Parts.

Exterior and Interior Features for the 2021 Jeep Gladiator

Similarly to the Wrangler, all doors on the 2021 Gladiator are removable for a full open-air experience. Among the many most impressive features of the Gladiator is its daunting 11.1 inches of ground clearance. Also, lightweight, high-strength aluminum doors, hinges, hood and windshield frame make removing doors a breeze while also providing weight reduction for increased fuel economy. In addition to the removable doors and top, Jeep sticks with the distinctive seven-slot grille, round headlight front end and trapezoidal wheel flares. The 80th anniversary edition features 18-inch wheels and commemorative 80th anniversary badging. Willys edition brings to the table 32-inch mud terrain tires with a limited slip rear differential and rock rails. Inside, drivers can enjoy a 5,7 or 8.4-inch touchscreen display equipped with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

What Are the Powertrain Options for the 2021 Jeep Gladiator?

There are two engine options available for the 2021 Jeep Gladiator. First is a 3.6-liter V6 providing drivers with 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. 2021 brings the power of Jeep's 3.6L V6 EcoDiesel to the Gladiator pushing out a remarkable 260 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque. Each model of the Gladiator comes equipped with Jeep's intuitive set-and-forget Selec-Trac two-speed transfer case with full time four wheel drive giving adventure seekers the highest level of all-terrain capability. Jeep engineers linked the EcoDiesel to an eight speed automatic transmission calibrated for low RPM shifts to handle the extra torque. Gladiator models equipped with the 3.6L V6 can carry up to 1,700 lbs of payload and tow up to 7,650 lbs. All Gladiator models come off the line with a six-speed manual transmission but have an available nine-speed automatic transmission.  The Desert Rated Gladiator Mojave comes equipped with rear-locking differentials, 33-inch tires, FOX Racing 2.5-inch internal bypass shock absorbers with reservoirs and hydraulic jounce bumpers for maximum handling capability. Meanwhile, the Rubicon brings on the Rock-Trac two-speed transfer case, electronic front and rear locking differentials, disconnecting front sway bar and 33-inch tires.

2021 Jeep Gladiator Safety Features
